The entire sign-up process should take less than 15 minutes. The time, of course, can vary depending on whether there are other customers ahead of you when you arrive. Mornings are usually the slowest period of the day, while afternoons are busier. Please call (855) 466-4269 for an appointment before coming by to activate your rental.
Occupants may terminate the Agreement at any time by giving written notice to the Operator by certified or registered mail, or by confirmed fax or email no less than fourteen (14) days before expiration of the term. Upon termination of the Agreement, Occupant will be required to pay additional rent plus late charges for the month(s) in which the space was vacated unless notification is given to the Rental Offices no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the month in which the vacancy will occur.
